More study needed on electronic sign issue

ST. JOSEPH - The growth in the use of electronic message signs has prompted the St. Joseph Township Board to consider amending the sign ordinance.

The proposed changes aim to better define what will be allowed, although board members said the amendment needs more work before it can be adopted.
